Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Starter Lab and Growing Lab plans include a 14-day free trial. Your card is collected at signup but won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 60 days after cancellation. You can request an export at any time. After 60 days, data is permanently deleted.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Pay annually and get 2 months free in discounts. Use the toggle at the top of the pricing cards to see annual pricing.
