By accessing or using Prostiq, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Prostiq is a workflow management and order tracking platform designed for dental laboratories. We provide tools to track cases, manage team collaboration, and maintain visibility over your lab operations.

3. Account Registration

To use Prostiq, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Payment Terms

Regarding payments and subscriptions:

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • All plans include a 14-day free trial
  • Your card will not be charged until the trial ends
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion for extenuating circumstances

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Interfere with other users' access to the service
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Prostiq. We do not claim ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We will provide notice when possible for scheduled maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prostiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 60 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
